LeAnn van den Bosch is a midwife who will be there for you and with you. She has more than 30 years of experience in women's health care: welcoming more than 700 babies, providing innumerable exams, diagnoses, prescriptions and hours spent guiding you and listening to your needs.

Health Care Services


  • Annual exam including breast exam and pap smear (if needed)
  • Sexually transmitted infections screening, diagnosis and treatment
  • Diagnosis and treatment of vaginal infections
  • Evaluation and treatment of abnormal vaginal bleeding
  • Infertility evaluation and referral if needed
  • Evaluation of urinary incontinence
  • Treatment of sinus infections
  • Contraception including birth control pills, NuvaRing, ParaGard IUD,  OrthoEvra, diaphragm, Depo-Provera
  • Diagnosis and treatment of bladder infection (UTI/urinary tract infection)
  • Evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain
  • Evaluation and treatment of painful and/or irregular periods
  • Menopausal care
  • Evaluation and treatment of cervical polyps
  • Referral to health care specialists


Referrals for:
  • Osteoporosis screening (Dexascan) and treatment
  • Colposcopy
  • Mammograms
  • Permanent sterilization including Essure and tubal ligation (having your tubes tied)

 Screenings for:
  • Diabetes
  • Thyroid disorder
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
